1 Bed Flat Near Edinburgh Castle

No es lo que parece Positive: El equipamiento. Negative: Aspecto viejo. Si bien estaba limpio no daba esa impresión. Las fotos engañan. Las escaleras feas y largas!!!

Positive: The location of the appartment is excellent with a local sainsbury rigth around the corner. The old and new town is in an approximately 15min walking distance. The host responded very quickly to calls and questions. Negative: The living room is rather cold with around 19-20°C. The bed is not suitable for two persons. It had taken two days before warm water was available in the kitchen and the bathroom sink. I once spotted a rat in my appartment.

Positive: L'emplacement, le calme. Negative: La taille du lit (trop petit)

The property was very clean and could not be faulted for location. If the maintenance issues were fixed that would help Positive: The location and cleanliness. Negative: No mention of it being on the third floor, a lot of steps, there were a few maintenance issues which need to be fixed , some were reported in trip advisor by previous occupants. The toilet light not working, which we also reported was replaced promptly, I reported the key safe issue, but it was not fixed. The key safe at the front we reported very problematic the spring release button is broken and takes a fair bit of manipulation to get it to the position to get the box open. The bathroom toilet seat is loose making it very uncomfortable and needs securing. One of the biggest things is that the bed is only slightly bigger than a single bed, there were my wife and I and it was very cramped, it is advertised as a one bedroom flat which is correct, but no mention of just being a small double bed in it, so we were quite cramped in the bed. The accommodation is basic with the furniture old, but it served its purpose for us for the location. The fire stick which is plugged in did not work on the last day

Excellent emplacement et propre, donc je conseillerai tout de même ! Positive: L’emplacement de l’appartement est top. Place dans la vieille ville, à 5 minutes du château. On peut tout faire à pied donc très agréable. Negative: Le point négatif est principalement le lit qui mesure 1m20 de large donc à savoir. Aussi, la lumière dans la salle de bain est très peu puissante, le soir nous prenions notre douche large porte ouverte avec la lumière du couloir.
