Ace City Centre Apart, 8 minutes from Royal Mile

Perfect fringe location Positive: This apartment is in a fantastic location, very close to the Pleasance venue but in a leafy green shaded close, extremely peaceful, we even spotted a sparrow hawk in the trees outside our window (see picture). The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the decoration is very tasteful with a homely feel but not too lived in, many books and great as a retreat from the busy crowds. It was highly spacious for two. Negative: Unfortunately there was a smell of damp, possibly throughout the whole building but maybe because it had been empty for a while? Would have desperately loved to give this place a 10 but this together with windows that may benefit from some attention (difficult to open and close) we felt it just missed the top spot, however I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as a fantastic place to stay.

Positive: Hemos estado dos días muy a gusto. Es muy acogedor y decorado con estilo. La zona es súper tranquila y a 8 min literalmente de la Royal Mile. Necesitamos una cosa y la persona con la que nos comunicamos lo llevó ese día por la tarde. Comunicación y actitud de 10. Negative: Deberían renovar vajilla, sartenes.... Se lo dijimos y tomaron nota.
