Sunny flat in Leith with the view of Arthur's Seat

Agréable appartement situé à 20 minutes du centre en transport en commun. Positive: L'immeuble est vieillot mais l'appartement est lumineux et bien agencé avec un design minimaliste et des meubles bien choisis. La literie était très agréable. Nous n'avons pas rencontré le gestionnaire mais la communication était bonne. Une boîte à clé est disponible en bas de l'immeuble. Nous avons trouvé tout ce qu'il nous fallait dans la cuisine pour nous préparer nos repas. Une machine à laver/séchoir et un grand frigo/congélateur sont présents. Pendant notre séjour, l'immeuble a été très silencieux (pas de bruit de voisinage) Negative: L'état général du bâtiment dans lequel se trouve l'appartement et de la cage d'escalier en particulier !

Apartamento ideal para 4 personas que vayan a visitar la ciudad. Positive: Apartamento muy confortable. De apariencia sucia y vieja al llegar al portal-recibidor pero dentro del apartamento se estaba bien y estaba dotado de comodidades. Negative: Es más viejo de lo que aparentan las fotos, no obstante ofrecen un servicio de alojamiento cómodo y limpio.

A place to sleep, shower and leave as quickly as possible Positive: The bed was comfortable, the shower was good and the flat was clean Negative: It's not a homely or welcoming flat. Minimal facilities and poor decor and furnishings. There's no TV, bedside lights in the main bedroom, mirrors in the bedrooms, rugs or comfortable furnishings. The wooden floor in the hallway is in poor condition, it sags and has splintered in places. The kitchen is poor, no washing up basin and the plug in the sink doesn't hold water in. The cooker is worn so the control settings can't be read on the dials, and the lighter for the gas is hit and miss. The windows are single pane, in need of resealing in places and has condensation in the mornings.

Nice, functional and near Edinburgh Positive: It's a nice apartment very functional and full of innovative ideas. It's relatively close to Edinburgh, a 25 minute walk to the Waverly station, but also with many bus and tram possibilities. Would certainly book again. Negative: The building and the apartment are a bit old. The wooden floor in the hallway needs to be improved.
