Positive: Lovely little flat in great area of Edinburgh. Comfy double bed
Negative: Be aware it’s up a lot of winding stairs.
Central heating was NOT WORKING & it was -2!
Should have left heating on for guests arrival.
Saved by the electric fire.

Great little spot
Positive: Close proximity to everything in the old town. Good water pressure and comfortable bed. Kitchen well equipped for basic meals. The spiral staircase is unique but careful with heavy bags or mobility issues.
