Luxury central flat with ensuite

Positive: Die Lage war sehr gut, es gab viele Restaurants um die Wohnung herum. Auch der Bus war direkt vor der Haustür. Die Tram ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Negative: Eine Parkerlaubnis lag nicht vor, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Leider kam der Eigentümer erst auf Anfrage mit der Wahrheit heraus. Um die Ecke sind Parkplätze und diese werden von ihm (hoffentlich) bezahlt nach Rücksprache. Die Wohnung war sehr kalt und es war sehr umständlich in der Badewanne zu duschen.

Far from luxury but good location Positive: Great location - close to the city and bus/tram links. Good selection of coffee shops and eateries nearby. Negative: The property certainly wasn’t the luxury accommodation described in the listing. Overall, the flat felt quite tired and in need of maintenance, with some areas appearing unfinished. Examples included incomplete decor around the front door, overgrown weeds in the outdoor space, mismatched glassware in the kitchen, and several pieces of furniture showing significant wear and tear. Both beds were uncomfortable, with mattresses that could do with being replaced. The pillows were extremely flat, which made getting a good night’s sleep difficult. The shower pipework was leaking in several places and would benefit from attention, and the TV in one of the bedrooms was not working during our stay. Overall, the property did not meet the standard or level of comfort we were expecting based on the description and photographs provided.

Good location and comfortable for 3 people. Positive: Location was perfect to visit sites-walkable. Lots of good pubs and restaurants. Negative: Could have used some more instructions on how to use the washer/dryer. Extension cord had to be plugged into the hall outlet.

Good location but not luxury Positive: The location was excellent, tram & bus stops close by, also restaurants & supermarkets. Bedding & towels were clean. Good to have a dishwasher & a washing machine. Negative: On arrival there were only 3 mismatched wine glasses which were not clean, we actually went out & bought 4 new ones which we have left there. The floor could have been better cleaned, we found dust & crumbs. A coffee table is needed by the sofa. The radiator in the bathroom did not work. The small outside space needs tidying & the windows need to be cleaned. The front entrance to the property is scruffy & needs decorating. With a few tweaks this could be a really lovely apartment. There was no info in the flat about how to access the free WiFi & it took two messages to the owner to get it.

Positive: Really great stay! Easy check in & loved the location, close to the tram line and supermarkets. Central location - Perfect for a weekend away and felt like good value for money. Negative: N/A
