The Muse

A great stay in Edinburgh however our accommodation was disappointing. Positive: The location of the Muse is great for getting around the City on foot. It is on a lovely narrow cobbled street but can be noisy at night from nearby bars. Negative: We arrived and had no hot water until the following day. We were not advised of this despite the owner being aware there was a problem. The heater in the lounge would not work and when fixed was only barely warm. The spare duvet was old and stained. There are no instruction manuals. Lacked attention to detail.

Good property bad maintenance Positive: The location is great. Negative: The radiators and boilers are broken. The lights don’t work as well. Maintenance is poor. Besides it’s not advertised as 3 to floor over winding stairs. So if you have luggage or old, it’s really hard to go up and come down.

Piacevole soggiorno a Edimburgo Positive: La posizione sicuramente. Alloggio pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per una vacanza. Abbiamo apprezzato la presenza della macchina per caffè a cialde anche se le cialde non erano presenti a differenza della foto. Il proprietario si è scusato e l'ultimo giorno (dopo tre giorni) ci ha consegnato le cialde. Un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato. La presenza di una caffetteria proprio sotto e diversi ristoranti nella via. Consiglio l'appartamento e sicuramente ci torneremo!!! Negative: A parte il disguido delle cialde per il caffè, nulla. Consiglio al proprietario di indicare non secondo piano ma appartamento n. 3 come indicato sulla porta.

My stay was nice the company I booked the place is rubbish never to trust them again. They are scame Positive: I like the apartment . The staircase very dangerous. There is not mark between the steps so it make it very difficult to see them specially at night. Poor light. The apartment very nice. BOOKING>COM is a rubbish company that robs people money. They don't face customer to solve the problems, they hide behind a robot to scam people. That is my problem. Their customer service is rubbish , it has been impossible to contact them to refund my money from another booking. Negative: I didn't like BOOKING.COM is the worst company ever to make a booking. I will never use them again. They have not customer services and they don't face people to solve problems, they don't have contact numbers, chats or anything.
