Positive: Very comfortable stylish apartment in a great central though quiet location. Brilliant coffee shop next door and one of Edinburgh's best restaurants opposite. Good kitchen.
Negative: As with anywhere in central Edinburgh, parking a nightmare and horribly expensive.
