Unique and spacious 2 bed flat in Theatre District

Great location with abundance space Positive: We were in Edinburgh visiting our daughter and this location was close to her flat and everything we wanted to see while in town. Negative: The second set of stairs are skinny and worn making climbing a bit treacherous.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location! Sadly no heating and no hot water.. Positive: Big rooms, comfy beds! Negative: The main boiler didn't work, which lead to no heating and no hot water in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. The communication with the host was quite slow so the matter couldn't get fixed.

Good Location and Spacious Apartment Positive: The apartment was nice, spacious, and well-located, making it convenient for getting around and enjoying the area. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, which we really appreciated. However, we did experience some challenges with the central heating during our visit. The hosts were very responsive and proactive in addressing the issue—someone was always called out promptly to fix it, which showed great commitment to guest comfort. One thing to note is that the apartment is up two steep flights of stairs, which might be difficult for those with mobility concerns and heavy luggage.

Bokar definitivt samma boende nästa gång! Positive: Lyxig gammal lägenhet i ett trevligt område. Allting låg max (!) 20 min ifrån. Stora sovrum, stort vardagsrum, varsitt badrum i respektive sovrum. Fantastiskt verkligen! Negative: Duscharna hade lågt tryck så det tog en lite längre stund att duscha. Trapporna i byggnaden var inte smala och ojämna och där fanns ingen hiss som alternativ.
