Downtown and central 1 bed in Edinburgh, sleeps 2

A budget friendly flat. Positive: The location was so central, excellent for both old and new town. Literally 2 minutes from Waverley station. The flat was clean and tidy and had basics like tea coffee and milk sachets available. There were also basic cooking utensils and crockery available if you wanted to eat in. The shower had body wash and shampoo and towels were provided. Communication from the letting company was timely and informative. Negative: The bed was very hard. The shower room and toilet were rather tired and in need of a spruce up. The stairs (as advertised) were a lot, even if you are reasonably fit, spending all day up and down hills sightseeing, to then be faced with 4 flights of stairs was humbling. The windows are single glazed and it is on a busy street so I'd say eat plugs are a must if street noise bothers you.

The apartment has a lot of potential, but a few things let it down and rob it of some points. First of all, the location Positive: Location is perfect! House was Netflix ready. Good amount of bathroom essentials. Spacious apartment. Negative: Plenty Flight of stairs!! Horrendous! Only two forks made available. Very tired looking sofa. Slippery floor.
