Buono...con qualche osservazione Positive: La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima Vicina a tutti i punti d'interesse della città. Il quartiere dove si trova e Rutland Square sono molto tranquilli e sicuri. Nelle vicinanze supermercati e negozi. Negative: E' da considetare che. come in tutte le case inglesi è presente la moquette in tutto l'appartamento tranne che nei bagni e nel cucinotto. La camera con i letti a castello più fredda delle altre, e più esposta ai rumori della strada. I letti a castello non adatti ad adulti. I lavandini dei bagni particolarmente piccoli e forse un po' scomodi.

Très agréable séjour Positive: Le logement est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, ce qui permet de tout explorer à pied, tout en profitant d’un quartier calme et reposant. Les hôtes ont été extrêmement réactifs via la messagerie, ce qui a grandement facilité notre organisation. Enfin, l’espace était spacieux avec de beaux volumes qui ajoutent un vrai charme à l’ensemble. Negative: La cuisine aurait pu être mieux équipée (assiettes, couverts, verres, etc.), car le matériel était un peu limité pour notre usage. De plus, le lit superposé dans la chambre des enfants nous a semblé **peu stable** : nous aurions préféré une structure plus sécurisée pour un enfant de 12 ans en hauteur."

Tremendous mixture of value, location, and comfort Positive: It may not be the nicest place in town, but the value for the price paid is spot on. We found everything clean, organized, easy to access, and in a tremendous location. Taking in many of Edinburgh's finer points from the house's location at Rutland Square was a breeze, but no one seems to have any need to pass through the Square, so it's also extremely quiet. One does need to descend a set of exterior stone steps to access the apartment, but that was absolutely zero bother to us. John was easy to communicate with and had the house stocked as one would expect. If you happen to be visiting on a Sunday, I recommend walking 4 minutes to Charlotte Chapel for a wonderful church service. Negative: Nothing really. All was great

Never again...not even due to location. Positive: Only thing good about the property is the location. Rest everything gives you a reason to avoid. Negative: The condition of this property presents what I consider to be a serious health and safety concern, with numerous hazards that make it unsuitable for occupation without significant remedial work. Several wardrobes are unstable and appear to be at risk of collapsing. The radiator covers throughout the property are loose and insecure, creating a potential safety hazard. The bathrooms are in an unacceptable state of repair, and the main shower is unusable due to a broken shower head assembly. The second bathroom does not have an overhead shower, rendering it effectively usable only as a toilet. The extractor hood is dripping oil, raising both hygiene and maintenance concerns. The carpet is ripped near the threshold, and a raised carpet threshold presents a clear trip hazard. The oven is not usable because all of the control markings have worn away, making it impossible to operate safely. In addition, broken furniture trim has been left on display rather than repaired or removed, and one wardrobe door is being held together with an elastic band, highlighting the poor standard of maintenance throughout the property. Overall, the property has been allowed to fall into an unacceptable state of repair. The number and nature of these defects raise significant concerns about health and safety, and I believe urgent action is required to address them.
